All prices are quoted in US currency. All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx (Federal Express). Personal data will never be sold or transferred to third parties.
We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, American Express, Master Card. You may use pre-paid credit cards as long as you have registered a billing address to them. If you want to use a debit card or a direct bank transfer to place your order, you will have to do so via Paypal. We offer financing for US customers via PayPal's Bill Me Later service; you need to register at their website first to use this service.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES
International orders might be subject to import taxes that must be paid when the item arrives depending on your local customs. This is usually 15%-20% of the declared value and unfortunately we are not able to mark any package as a gift. These charges are NOT displayed at the time you submit your order since they are calculated by local customs offices. We cannot guarantee import duty costs in your country. You can get an better estimate of these charges from Freightos and VAT rates here. Please make sure to research this yourself if you haven't imported goods before.
ALL RETURNS NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and included with the returned item(s). To get a Return Authorization Form please fill out a support ticket at www.djtechtools.com/support or call us at 877-645-5377 between 1:30pm - 4:00pm PST Mon - Fri. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to you. Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
DOMESTIC RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to file a claim with us regarding damages or defects. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If we determine it is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. If the gear is determined damaged by improper use or an accident then a refund won't be possible and the item will be returned to you at your cost. For domestic orders, we will cover all shipping costs in the case. Please use a mail service with delivery confirmation when sending your items back. Please keep all original packaging. If we determine the item is NOT defective, we will return the item at your cost. If you still wish to return it we will charge a $50.00 restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs (on items in working conditions).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is not defective, yet you are unsatisfied you have 15 days to notify us that you are returning any item in its original packing. You can get in touch with us here. All returns must be approved and accompanied with a return form. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the initial cost of shipment which will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued until the product is received, inspected and tested. You are required to return product via a mail service with delivery confirmation. There is a 20% restocking fee on all products that are not defective. Unfortunately we can't offer return labels to our international customers, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
All DJTT midi-controllers (such as the Midi Fighter, VCI-100 SE, VCI-100 Arcade EditionVCI-400 SE, DJTT USB Cable, Chroma Caps, Kontroller Bag & Controllerist Backpack V2) have a 1-year full warranty. This warranty does not include protection from damage caused by physical abuse (dropping, beating, slamming, etc) or water damage. Upon notification, receipt and inspection of broken product, DJ TechTools will send out a new product at no additional cost. Any modifications to equipment will void the warranty. If you bought your device from an authorized reseller then please get in touch with them to get it replaced or serviced. Keep in mind that DJTT midi controllers and accessories purchased from non authorized vendors have no warranty associated with them.
THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
All third party products warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. The only exception to this is we will handle third party exchanges within 15 days of receipt of the item. No technical support is given for third party products.
Products you order with store credit obtained via a trade in fall under the same return policy as a regular order. Be aware that once you trade in your old gear you won't be able to revert the process and get it back.

There will be a 15 % restocking fee if the following are not included in the return:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- The reason why you are returning the item
- All Parts, including warranty
- Original packing Materials
- THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
