Brand new products are returnable within a 30 day period in most cases. If a product is not defective, the buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs. For domestic defective orders, DJ TechTools will arrange for a return shipping label.

DJTT FAST AND FAIR RETURNS POLICY

DJTT strives to provide great condition gear that works for you. Sometimes, gear doesn’t work out - so we try to provide the speediest and most fair return or replacement method possible.

Most brand new products are returnable within 30 days of the original shipment (view product exceptions here) without any additional fees, unless:

1. The product(s) shows visible signs of wear or damage
2. The product is missing original box, packaging, accessories or manuals

If the item is NOT defective the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund.

Products outside of our 30 day return window must be warrantied through the manufacturer and are subject to their policies and procedures. Replacements for defective units will be sent out once the defective product(s) is returned and received at our facility.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

1. Locate your order number.
2. Contact our Support Team to obtain an Return Authorization Form
3. Repack the item with all documentation, cables, accessories etc. in the original product box. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping box or any other suitable box in the event you no longer have it.
4. Once the return is approved, ship the order back to us within three business days of receiving your return label or authorization.
5. Allow 3-4 business days once your return has been received back at our facility to inspect, process and complete your return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

1. Locate your order number.
2. Contact our Support Team to obtain an Return Authorization Form
3. Purchase a return shipping label with a shipping service that has tracking and delivery confirmation. You must pay for the return shipping up front, DJTT will reimburse you for up to $75 shipping once your return is received and processed.
4. Repack the item with all documentation, cables, accessories etc. in the original product box. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping box or any other suitable box in the event you no longer have it.
5. Once the return is approved, ship the order back to us within three business days of receiving your return label or authorization.
6. Allow 3-4 business days once your return has been received back at our facility to inspect, process and complete your return or exchange.
